Please be aware bookings are not final until you receive a confirmation email

We aim to answer e mails within 2 hours during our daytime and first thing in the morning. If you have not had a reply then either e mail again or telephone us.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by all major credit cards (except American Express), Swish, Paypal and cash.

DEPOSIT

We will always ask for a 50% deposit for bookings over the Jokkmokk Market week.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For the majority of bookings we do not take a deposit. Your booking is confirmed by e mail.

We do know that plans can change so all we ask is for customers to give us as much notice as possible if, for whatever reasons, you have to cancel your reservation with us.

PEAK PERIODS

Peak periods are Christmas, New Year and Jokkmokk Market

For cancellations to bookings in these periods 30 days notice is required for a refund of any deposit paid.

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES

Guests may check in at 1500hrs

Guests must check out by 1100
